Rajasthan News: Hundreds of Muslim students studying in government schools in the capital Jaipur reached Subhash Chowk police station and protested against BJP MLA Balmukand Acharya from Hawamahal assembly constituency. The girl students protesting in front of the police station are raising slogans against the local MLA. Students say that Hindus and Muslims will not be tolerated in the temple of education. Muslim girls are raising slogans against the BJP MLA and are adamant on demanding action against him.

According to the report, students studying in the government school located in Gangapul area allege that local MLA Balmukund Acharya was called on the occasion of the annual function, but religious slogans were raised during the annual function. Students say that religious slogans raised by the local MLA during the annual function are not appropriate.

Their family members standing with the students are also protesting. Top police officers have reached the spot and are trying to convince them, but they said that they are not going to go there until an FIR is registered against the MLA.

It is noteworthy that BJP MLA from Hawamahal, MLA Balmukund Acharya has been associated with controversies many times in the past. After BJP's victory in Rajasthan Assembly elections 2023, a video of him warning an officer on phone regarding removal of meat shops in Jaipur went viral on social media.

Even before, Balmukund Acharya had to apologize and threatened non-veg street vendors.

BJP MLA Balmukund Acharya is seen threatening Jaipur Municipal Corporation officials in a video. He goes outside a hotel and says, 'This is not Karachi, meat shops will not operate here'.

In another video going viral, MLA Acharya Balmukund is giving a formal warning to a government official over the phone. He was heard warning the government official on the phone, in which he is warning the government official not to sell any non-veg food on the streets. Apart from this, he can also be heard telling the officer that all the streets should be cleared by evening.

BJP MLA asks the officer, 'Can we sell non-veg openly on the road?' Say yes or no, after this he gave instructions to the officer and said, with immediate effect all the non-veg carts you are making and selling on the road should not be seen. I will take the report from you in the evening, I don't care who is the officer.

However, the next day another video of him came, in which he was seen apologizing. He also reached the owner of the hotel in Jaipur where he had given the objectionable statement. He hugged him and garlanded him, the picture of which is going viral on social media.

Balmukund Acharya has given clarification in the matter by releasing a video. He said that we talk about 'Sabka Saath Sabka Vikas'. If anyone feels bad about this, I am sorry.
