According to reports, welding work was being carried out at a juice shop adjacent to the mechanic's store in the NGT market. During this process, a sudden short circuit occurred, which ignited the fire in the mechanic shop. Within minutes, thick plumes of black smoke covered the sky, and the fire intensified, threatening nearby commercial establishments. Local authorities and the fire department were immediately alerted by the bystanders.
Series of Explosions Cause Panic in NGT Market
As the fire spread inside the mechanic shop, several AC compressors stored within the premises began to explode one after another. The intensity of these blasts caused significant fear among the people in the market, leading to a chaotic situation.
