The Congress party and the INDIA alliance led by it have called for a massive rally at the historic Ramlila Maidan in Delhi on the upcoming November 1. Amidst this ongoing political development, Cockroach Janata Party or CJP founder Abhijeet Dipke has made a major announcement, declaring that the CJP will extend its full support to this opposition rally. Following this announcement by Abhijeet Dipke, political circles have witnessed a surge in activity as the opposition continues to maintain an aggressive stance against the Election Commission and the top election body officials.

Rahul Gandhi Allegations and Gyanesh Kumar Resignation Demand

It's noteworthy that senior Congress leader Rahul Gandhi has been persistently leveling serious allegations of vote theft for a long time and attacking the Election Commission of India. Rahul Gandhi has been leading an agitation demanding the resignation of Chief Election Commissioner Gyanesh Kumar, while joining this ongoing sequence of events, Cockroach Janata Party founder Abhijeet Dipke has now officially announced his support for the opposition rally, echoing similar sentiments and making this anti-establishment campaign appear much broader.

Abhijeet Dipke Statement on X and Core Reasons

Abhijeet Dipke took to the social media platform X to share his official stance with the country. In his detailed post, he explicitly stated that the resignation of Chief Election Commissioner Gyanesh Kumar has become imperative today. He believes that through SIR, Gyanesh Kumar has completely lost the essential trust required to conduct fair and independent elections in the nation. His resignation has become absolutely necessary to restore the credibility and independence of the Election Commission.

Protection of Citizens Voting Rights

Expanding further on his official statement, Abhijeet Dipke emphasized that it's the primary responsibility of the Election Commission to protect the voting rights of every eligible citizen of the country, rather than creating obstacles in the exercise of this right. He firmly stated that the Cockroach Janata Party will support all organizations and entities that are struggling on the ground to ensure the conduct of free and fair elections in our democratic nation.

Delhi Police Grants Rally Permission With Strict Conditions

While efforts to garner political support are ongoing on one hand, the administration has laid down its stringent conditions regarding this upcoming event on the other hand. Delhi Police has granted permission for the opposition rally at Ramlila Maidan on November 1, but this permission comes attached with several strict conditions. The police have imposed numerous guidelines that must be fulfilled under all circumstances. Prominently, it has been mandated that no crowd will be allowed to gather outside the perimeter of the Ramlila Maidan.

According to the other conditions issued by the Delhi Police, this rally must conclude by five o'clock in the evening without fail. Also, it has been explicitly clarified that no individual will be permitted to stay overnight inside the Ramlila Maidan premises. As part of comprehensive security and surveillance measures, instructions have been issued to install HD CCTV cameras across the entire ground. On top of that, setting up a control room featuring five screens has been made compulsory at the venue. It has also been strictly warned that no inflammatory speeches or provocative statements will be made from the stage.

Opposition Strategy and Mock Parliament Session

To ensure the success of the rally and to put their broader strategy into action, the opposition has stepped up its preparations as well. As part of this strategy, all opposition MPs from across the country have been instructed to reach Delhi by one o'clock in the afternoon on October 30. In the next phase of this mobilization, a special mock parliament will be organized at the official residence of Congress National President Mallikarjun Kharge. During this mock parliament session, a public impeachment of Chief Election Commissioner Gyanesh Kumar will be conducted, which is set to become a crucial component of this ongoing movement.
