Terming it a 'Visionary Budget,' the Chief Minister expressed his gratitude to Prime Minister Narendra Modi. He stated that the budget is a definitive step toward making India the world's third-largest economy. CM Yogi emphasized that the Prime Minister has consistently worked with the 'Nation First' philosophy, and this budget is a clear reflection of that commitment to national development.

' He recalled that in 2015, when the Prime Minister declared November 26 as Constitution Day, he called for a national discussion on fundamental duties. According to the Chief Minister, this budget encourages every citizen to realize their responsibilities toward the nation. He further added that the budget maintains a fine balance between reform, growth, and fiscal discipline, which is crucial for long-term economic stability.

Financial Allocation and MSME Empowerment

The Chief Minister shared that Uttar Pradesh's share in the central budget has seen a substantial increase. 26 lakh crore, including tax devolution and grants. CM Yogi specifically pointed out the ₹10,000 crore provision for the MSME sector. In terms of connectivity, Uttar Pradesh has secured major projects. The Chief Minister announced an allocation of ₹32,075 crore for the next phases of metro projects in Lucknow, Kanpur, and Agra. On top of that, out of seven new railway corridors planned for the country, two have been assigned to Uttar Pradesh: the Delhi-Varanasi and Varanasi-Siliguri high-speed rail corridors. Regarding waterways, he mentioned that the Varanasi-Haldia route is already operational, and new ship manufacturing and repair centers will be established in Varanasi to enhance the inland water transport ecosystem.

Technological Hub and Industrial Growth

To position Uttar Pradesh as a global technology hub, the central government has approved the country's first semiconductor design and manufacturing park near Jewar Airport. CM Yogi described this as a historic milestone for the state's industrial landscape. On top of that, a provision of ₹5,000 crore per region has been made for the development of Tier-2 and Tier-3 cities, which will benefit heritage centers like Varanasi and Prayagraj. To promote tourism, a Viability Gap Funding (VGF) scheme for seaplane operations at these religious sites has also been proposed.

Health, Education, and Social Welfare

Addressing the social sector, CM Yogi mentioned the construction of girls' hostels in every district of the state. In the healthcare sector, a major decision has been made to increase the capacity of emergency and trauma care centers in district hospitals by 50%. This initiative is expected to transform medical emergency management in a state as populous as Uttar Pradesh. The Chief Minister stated that by focusing on the four pillars—farmers, youth, women, and the poor—this budget fulfills the aspirations of the state's 25 crore citizens.

Analysis by Economic Experts

26 lakh crore funding for Uttar Pradesh will act as a catalyst for the state's GDP growth. Experts suggest that the focus on infrastructure and technology parks is likely to attract significant Foreign Direct Investment (FDI). Analysts also point out that the massive allocation for metro and rail projects will improve urban mobility and reduce logistics costs, thereby facilitating Uttar Pradesh's journey toward becoming a $1 trillion economy. The emphasis on MSMEs is seen as a strategic move to generate large-scale employment.
