The maximum temperature in Delhi is likely to range between 23 to 25°C, while the minimum temperature is expected to be between 09 to 11°C, while winds are anticipated to blow from the west at a speed of approximately 15 kmph in the morning, maintaining a similar speed and direction in the afternoon. On December 18, Delhi's sky will be partly cloudy, with light fog expected to persist in the morning.

No Relief from Air Pollution

Residents of Delhi aren't expected to get any significant relief from air pollution in the immediate future. On Wednesday, the national capital continued to be enveloped by a thick layer of smog, indicating persistently poor air quality. According to data from the Central Pollution Control Board (CPCB), the Air Quality Index (AQI) was recorded at 341 in Anand Vihar and 360 in the ITO area. Both these readings fall into the 'very poor' category. While a slight improvement in air quality was observed in Delhi on Tuesday, the AQI remained in the 'very poor' category. After remaining in the 'severe' category for three days, the pollution level has now shifted to 'very poor'.
