Former Jammu and Kashmir Chief Minister and National Conference chief Farooq Abdullah has launched a scathing attack on US President Donald Trump. In recent times, a phase of turmoil has been ongoing across various regions of the world. An atmosphere of war persists in several areas, including the Middle East. Due to this ongoing conflict, the prices of energy resources have surged, while protests and intense violence are also being witnessed in many countries. Now, veteran leader and National Conference chief Farooq Abdullah has squarely blamed US President Donald Trump for all these global upheavals and crises, stating categorically that troubles are befalling the entire world due to the actions of Donald Trump.
Expressing deep concern, Jammu and Kashmir National Conference chief Farooq Abdullah said that trouble is coming upon the world because of the actions of Donald Trump, and he wondered when wisdom will dawn upon him. He added that such aggressive tactics aren't going to yield any benefits. The entire world is currently passing through this severe crisis. One only needs to look at the levels of inflation, and the worst damage of this soaring inflation will have to be borne by the poor. Farooq Abdullah emphasized that the time has now arrived for Donald Trump to put an end to this aggression so that stability can return to international affairs.
During his remarks, Farooq Abdullah also addressed the ongoing tensions and geopolitical situation between the United States and Iran. Speaking in the interest of justice, he made it clear that Iran has every right to defend itself within its own borders. It's noteworthy that recent reports had surfaced indicating that the United States and Israel are once again preparing for major attacks on Iran. These military operations and potential offensives could reportedly begin before the Israeli elections scheduled for October twenty-seventh, further intensifying fears of a wider regional conflict in the Middle East.
Apart from international geopolitical issues, Farooq Abdullah also touched upon the protests and demonstrations taking place in India's national capital, New Delhi. Speaking on the protests in Delhi, he remarked that whenever the government in Delhi feels any sort of threat, it immediately starts seeing a foreign hand behind such movements, while he criticized authorities for never examining their own actions and governance. They routinely claim that someone from the outside is orchestrating these events. However, Abdullah questioned who that outsider actually is, challenging authorities to reveal names if they allege the involvement of foreign powers.
Challenging the narrative of external interference, Farooq Abdullah asked which specific country is trying to cause such disruption. He concluded by asserting that in reality, the authorities don't possess any names to substantiate their claims, while by shifting blame onto external forces without evidence, they merely attempt to deflect attention from domestic issues and governance failures, leaving critical questions about accountability unanswered in the public domain.
