The company has fixed the price range at ₹857-₹900 per equity share for the ₹2834 crore public issue. This offering comprises a combination of a fresh issue of shares and an Offer for Sale (OFS) by existing shareholders. According to the regulatory filings, the subscription window for the IPO will open on February 9, 2026, and will remain available for investors until February 11, 2026.

The issue structure allocates 75% of the total offer to Qualified Institutional Buyers (QIBs), 15% to Non-Institutional Investors (NIIs), and the remaining 10% to Retail Individual Investors. The total issue size of ₹2834 crore includes a fresh issue component worth ₹1023 crore. On top of that, there is an Offer for Sale (OFS) of 20115555 equity shares with a face value of ₹1 each. 90 crore from the fresh issue proceeds to repay the debt of its subsidiary, Fractal USA. 10 crore for Research and Development (R&D) and marketing initiatives.
