Gujarat Titans defeated Chennai Super Kings by 7 wickets in IPL 2022 on Sunday, thanks to Wriddhiman Saha's third half century after a brilliant performance by the bowlers. With this win, GT's team has confirmed its entry in the play-offs as the top-2 team.

Batting first after winning the toss, Chennai Super Kings scored 133 runs in 20 overs for the loss of 5 wickets. Opener Rituraj Gaikwad played the highest innings of 53 runs. N Jagadeesan scored an unbeaten 39. Captain Mahendra Singh Dhoni scored 7 runs in 10 balls. Shami took 2 wickets for Gujarat.
