The week kicks off on August 17 with two significant issues. Horizon Industrial Parks, a company backed by the global investment firm Blackstone, will open its IPO to raise 2600 crore rupees. This offering consists entirely of a fresh issue of shares. The company has stated that the proceeds from this IPO will be utilized primarily for the repayment of existing debts, while the price band for Horizon Industrial Parks has been fixed at 57-60 rupees per share.
Simultaneously, Lalitha Jewellery Mart will also launch its IPO on August 17. The company aims to raise 1700 crore rupees through this public issue. The price band for the shares has been set between 190-201 rupees per share. The structure of this IPO includes a fresh issue component of up to 1200 crore rupees and an Offer for Sale (OFS) component of up to 500 crore rupees, where existing shareholders will divest their stakes.
Mid-Week Offerings: August 18 and 19
On August 18, the market will witness two more IPO launches. Shankesh Jewellers is looking to raise 367 crore rupees from the public. The price band for this issue has been established at 88-93 rupees per share. On the same day, Sunshine Pictures, a well-known film and television production house, will open its IPO. The company plans to raise 282 crore rupees, with a price band fixed at 342-360 rupees per share.
The momentum continues on August 19 with the launch of Gaja Alternative Asset Management's IPO. The company intends to raise 550 crore rupees. This issue is a combination of a fresh issue worth up to 450 crore rupees and an Offer for Sale of up to 100 crore rupees. The price band for Gaja Alternative Asset Management has been set at 152-160 rupees per share.
Closing the Week: August 20 and 21
On August 20, Tempsens Instruments will enter the primary market. 85 crore shares. While the specific price band for this issue is yet to be announced, the company is expected to reveal the details on Monday. This issue adds to the diversity of sectors represented in the upcoming week's IPO flurry.
The final IPO of the scheduled week will be from Augmont Enterprises, opening on August 21. The company aims to raise a total of 825 crore rupees. This will consist of a fresh issue of 620 crore rupees and an Offer for Sale of 205 crore rupees. The price band for Augmont Enterprises is scheduled to be announced on Tuesday, just ahead of the launch.
Future Outlook and Skyways Air Services
Even after the conclusion of these seven issues, the IPO market shows no signs of slowing down. Skyways Air Services is preparing to launch its own IPO on August 24, with a target to raise 583 crore rupees. With these new additions, the total number of companies launching IPOs in 2026 is expected to reach approximately 55. This trend highlights the growing confidence of companies in the public markets and the active participation of investors in the primary segment.
