The company has acquired this space in the Memphis South Tower of Bagmane Capital, spanning across 12 floors. The lease agreement has been executed with Bagmane Constructions Private Limited. As per the documents, the lease commencement is dated from April 1, 2026. This move highlights Nvidia's commitment to scaling its infrastructure to support its growing operations in the region.
