UP News - Security cover of Ayodhya, Kashi and Mathura will change, all tourist places including Taj Mahal will be well arranged
UP: Apart from Ayodhya, Mathura and Kashi, three major religious places of Uttar Pradesh, the security of Taj Mahal, the major tourist center of Agra, will be increased by assessing it afresh. The government has decided to conduct a security audit of these sites in the month of May. Through this, along with making necessary changes in the security circle, an action plan will also be prepared to deal with new types of terrorist threats including drone attacks. The security of all these sites will be handed over to the Uttar Pradesh Special Security Force (UPSSF) in future.

Ayodhya: Geographical change big reason

These four sites have also been selected for the change in the security system because either geographical changes have come at these places or new types of disputes have arisen. Due to controversies, the possibility of more danger is now being felt. After the formal construction of Ram temple in Ayodhya has started, the location of the temporary temple has been changed, due to which the distance of Darshan Marg has now reduced considerably. The entire geographical location of the acquired premises has also changed. The area of the temple area has also increased to 107 acres which was earlier about 70 acres. The three-tier security cordon that was created earlier is no longer relevant. For this reason, the need for a fresh security audit is being felt.

Kashi Vishwanath: Threat from new controversies

The need for change in the security cover of the Kashi Vishwanath Temple in Varanasi is also being felt, as the nature of the existing corridor has changed to a great extent. After new controversies related to Gyanvapi Masjid, the need to strengthen the security cordon is felt. The existing security system has been made by making some practical changes in the already prepared action plan. It does not include a plan to deal with other types of potential hazards.

Watch the current situation in Mathura-Agra

There is no geographical change in Krishna Janmabhoomi in Mathura, but it is believed that the danger has increased after the judicial disputes that started in recent times. The need to increase the security system of Agra's Taj Mahal is also felt due to similar controversies. The biggest threat is now being felt because of drones. The new security action plan will also include preparedness to deal with possible attacks from drones. Similarly, the soldiers deployed in security will be equipped with state-of-the-art weapons and security equipment. After the attack on the Gorakhnath temple on the evening of April 03 this year, the security of major shrines was already tightened.

now this arrangement

At present, in addition to the police and PAC, personnel of the Central Armed Police Force (CAPF) have been deployed in the security arrangements of the three shrines.

Commando squads of ATS are also deployed in all the three shrines to deal with emergency situations.

these changes will be

Check points will be changed according to the geographical variation

Necessary arrangements will be made in view of the possibility of drone attack.

-The soldiers will be given state-of-the-art weapons and security equipment

- The manpower required for security will be assessed

The ranks of the officers and jawans to be led will be decided.

why the need

Due to the change in the geographical location of major religious places, the old arrangements are proving to be insufficient.

Drones came to the fore as a major threat of terrorist attack, training to survive it is necessary

Due to the rise of new disputes in recent days, the apprehensions about security are increasing continuously.

- There is a need to remove the shortage of state-of-the-art weapons with the soldiers engaged in security.
