The infection rate of corona in Rajasthan has remained below 3 percent for the last three days. In the last 24 hours, 1,258 new cases have been found in the state, while 44 people have died. This has happened after 45 days, when less than 50 people have died due to corona in the state. Today there are 10 such districts in the state, where less than 10 cases of corona have come in single digit.If we look at the report received from the Medical and Health Department, today 340 new infected cases have been found in Jaipur. Cases are increasing in Jaipur for three consecutive days. There were 233 cases here on June 1, which increased to 241 on June 2 and today it reached 340. Apart from Jaipur, today Hanumangarh and Alwar are such cities where 100 or more infection cases have been found.
Active cases less than 500 in 15 districtsToday the number of active cases in the state has come down to 27,408. Active cases are less than 500 in 15 out of 33 districts. The least 64 active patients are in Jalore, while the maximum 5,716 are in Jaipur. The recovery rate of Rajasthan also exceeded 96 percent. In terms of recovery rate, Rajasthan comes at the 8th place in the whole country, excluding the Union Territories.
Weekly positivity rate still more than 10% in 17 districtsIf we look at the situation in the state for the last one week (May 27 to June 2), there are 17 such districts where the positivity rate (infection rate) remains more than 10 percent. The worst situation in this is in Sawai Madhopur district, where the weekly positivity rate was close to 42 percent, while the lowest was 0.47 percent in Jalore. Apart from Jalore, the infection rate of last one week in Pratapgarh and Bundi is less than 1 percent.
