Salman Khan News: A big update has come out in the firing case at Salman Khan's house. 5th accused Mohammad Chaudhary was arrested from Rajasthan. Mumbai Crime Branch has made this arrest. Mohammad Choudhary is accused of giving money to shooters Vicky Gupta and Sagar Pal and doing recce of Salman's house. Accused Mohammad Chaudhary is being brought from Rajasthan to Mumbai. The crime branch will present the accused in the court and may ask for 5 days custody.

One accused committed suicide

Recently, Anuj Thapan, an accused in the firing case outside Salman Khan's house, had committed suicide. Anuj was accused of providing weapons to the shooters. According to the information received, accused Anuj Thapan had committed suicide by hanging himself with a sheet. The accused was given a sheet while sleeping at night. When the police team reached his barrack in the morning for routine check, Anuj was found unconscious. Later the police took accused Anuj Thapan to GT Hospital. The accused died during treatment here.

When did the firing take place

The police had registered an FIR under section 307 (attempt to murder) of the IPC after two motorcycle-riding men opened fire at Salman Khan's Bandra residence 'Galaxy Apartment' on the morning of April 14. Police had arrested Gupta and Pal from Bhuj in Gujarat on April 16. Officials claimed that Pal had allegedly opened fire while Gupta was riding the motorcycle.

Let us tell you that the gun used in the firing incident outside the house of Bollywood actor Salman Khan was recovered from Tapi river in Surat. During this time some live cartridges were also found. Vicky Gupta and Sagar Pal, the youth who fired at Salman's house, had told during interrogation that they had reached Surat by road from Mumbai after firing at Salman's house. From here he went by train to Bhuj, where during the journey he threw the pistol from a railway bridge into the Tapi river.
