Mumbai: Despite the simultaneous elections in Maharashtra and Haryana, the BJP's national president Amit Shah's immediate thinking of forming an immediate coalition government in one state and silence in the other was the party's far-reaching approach. The party considers itself successful in this. As part of its strategy, the party worked on a strategy to expose the Shiv Sena and keep a watch on the entire development. Shah himself was constantly watching the whole incident and his close in-charge general secretary Bhupendra Yadav was coming to Mumbai-Delhi. Given the attitude of Shiv Sena, the BJP leadership had decided how to expose the hunger of an ideological party like Shiv Sena for power.

Accordingly, till one day before the last date of formation of the government, the BJP gave its message of trying to convince the Shiv Sena. Then on 8 November, Devendra Fadnavis resigned. The BJP's strategy was to move towards President's rule. Governor Bhagat Singh Koshiyari sought the possibility of forming a government by calling the BJP and then the Shiv Sena, the NCP, under constitutional rights after the term of the Assembly ended.

NCP defaulted by demanding time from Governor

The BJP leadership had got a clue on Monday night that there was going to be consensus among the three parties. The three parties were seeking time to talk among themselves on a common minimum program. But here the NCP made a mistake that demanded more time from the Governor. After this, within three hours from the recommendation of the Governor to the Cabinet meeting and the President's signature.

NCP hoped that even if the Governor did not give time, he would have time till 8 pm. But the Governor sent his recommendation to the Central Government on the same day itself. According to sources, giving the Governor a chance in the day itself and giving President Raj a chance was also part of the planned strategy of BJP-NCP, otherwise NCP could wait till the end of the evening.

The script of Maharashtra Government made in in Modi Shah's Meeting

After that, Sharad Pawar's 40-minute meeting with Prime Minister Modi had also indicated the formation of government. After the meeting of Modi-Pawar, BJP President Amit Shah met PM Modi. The entire script was made in this meeting. But Modi-Shah maintained secrecy. Ajit Pawar will move towards the BJP from the NCP and not Sharad Pawar. Work on this formula was expedited. BJP wanted both Shiv Sena and Congress to be exposed. Therefore, Shah was brought to the forefront of power and the Shiv Sena-Congress was defeated.

According to sources, the timing of the Lok Sabha elections was also a sign of the alliance of the BJP leadership with the NCP, but in return was conditioned to separate the Shiv Sena from the NDA. The BJP then refused. But troubled by Shiv Sena's stance, this time the BJP did not delay.

Since the results, the BJP's strategy was to expose the Shiv Sena completely on the basis of these six strategies: -

First: The  BJP gave the message that at the last moment it tried to convince the Shiv Sena respecting the mandate and did not even seek support from any other opposing views like the Shiv Sena.

Second:  How is the Shiv Sena so nervous about power that it is not avoiding going with the opposite ideology and insulting the mandate given to the alliance.

Third: The  BJP believed that if the Shiv Sena-NCP-Congress government forms a government in the coming time, it may not last long, but even if the entire five years have gone, Shiv Sena will contest the NCP-Congress alliance in the next election. would be impossible. In such a situation, the Shiv Sena will be badly engulfed.

Fourth:  Before talking to Pawar, BJP had asked its organization to prepare for elections. In particular, the seats where the Shiv Sena has won were asked to work more strongly there.

Fifth: If the  Shiv Sena had formed the government in Maharashtra, the party had also prepared a blueprint for the Palkhol campaign and voter cheating campaign across the state.

Sixth: The  Shiv Sena in Maharashtra would also face pressure in alliance with other regional parties, hence the party high command adopted a restrained stance, bypassing the Fadnavis form of government. When the Shiv Sena was showing eyes to the BJP in 2014, the NCP had announced to save the minority government on the floor of the assembly. This time too, Fadnavis was thinking of moving in that direction, but Shah refused in the beginning. But behind the scenes such a script was prepared that it seems as if the BJP did nothing. The NCP came on its own and the BJP had to form the government due to the stubborn stance of the Shiv Sena.
