By News Helpline – Mumbai | Bollywood lost another gem today as Saroj Khan breathed her last on Friday morning. She died due to cardiac arrest. Her death has left the whole of Bollywood mourning.

From Rekha to Sridevi, from Madhuri Dixit to Aishwarya, everybody have their best dance numbers choreographed by the legendary choreographer Saroj Khan. Many stars took to social media to mourn her death.

Saroj Khan's favourite student Madhuri Dixit wrote, "I'm devastated by the loss of my friend and guru, Saroj Khan. Will always be grateful for her work in helping me reach my full potential in dance. The world has lost an amazingly talented person. I will miss you. my sincere condolences to the family. #RIPSarojji"

Bhumi Pednekar wrote, "R.I.P. Saroj Khan Maam. Your legacy lives on. Condolences to the family"

Nimrat Kaur shared, "Saroj ji's name introduced the word 'Choreographer' to my life. A genius who immortalised stars and the magic of Hindi film songs that defined an era with her iconic work.
