New Delhi. The weather in the national capital Delhi (Delhi Mausam) has now started changing. Ten days of March have passed. Now the temperature of summer has also started rising. In the coming time, the temperature is expected to rise further due to which people will have to bear the brunt of the heat. The minimum temperature on Saturday morning was 14.9 degrees Celsius, one degree above normal. According to the India Meteorological Department (IMD), the humidity level in Delhi was recorded at 90 per cent at 8.30 am.

Meteorologists have predicted the sky to remain clear during the day and the maximum temperature to be around 32 degree Celsius. According to the Central Pollution Control Board (CPCB) data, Delhi recorded an Air Quality Index (AQI) of 204 at 9 am on Saturday. Due to the stoppage of wind speed, the level of air pollution is continuously increasing. The AQI level has reached the poor category on Saturday. It is believed that if this situation continues, then people will have to face the problem of air pollution.

An AQI between 0 and 50 is considered 'good', 51 and 100 'satisfactory', 101 and 200 'moderate', 201 and 300 'poor', 301 and 400 'very poor' and Between 401 and 500 is considered 'severe'. Presently it has crossed the AQI level 200 and reached the fourth stage.

According to the Meteorological Department, there is an increase in the temperature of most of the states of the country. In the capital Delhi, the maximum temperature is expected to rise up to four degrees during the day. The heat in the hot sun would be bothersome. However, there is also a forecast of light rain for 3 days next week.
