A horrific road accident took place in Kasganj district of Uttar Pradesh on Tuesday morning. Bolero car and tempo collided near village Ashokpur turn on Kayamganj road in Patiali police station area. Eight people, including two children, have died in the accident, while 11 people have been injured. On information, the police rushed the injured to Patiali CHC. From where all were referred to the district hospital. Expressing deep grief over the accident, Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath has directed to provide free treatment to the injured.
10 passengers were in the tempoAccording to the information received so far, there were 10 passengers in the tempo. Most of them were women. These women were on their way to attend a satsang organized in Patiali. Then the speeding Bolero car hit the tempo near village Ashokpur Mor. The collision was so strong that the tempo has been blown up. Seven people, including the women who were traveling in the tempo, died in the accident. It is told that there were eight people in the Bolero. One of them died. Two children, five women and a youth were among those killed in the accident.
