To make Twitter 2.0, Elon Musk has sent an email to the employees, where he has listed 6 rules to stay productive. In Musk's email, employees were asked to adopt a hardcore work culture. However, this did not prove to be true for the employees. After this mail from Elon Musk, about 1200 employees left the company.

Elon Musk's 6 new rules

Elon Musk said that unnecessary meetings should be avoided. He wrote, 'Get rid of frequent meetings. If there is any urgency then only hold a meeting. When the matter is resolved, end the meeting immediately. It is understood from this that Musk is not in favor of the meeting. According to him, meeting is a very bad time. He said, 'Meeting is a curse for big companies. Only those who can give input should be present in the meeting. There is no need to create unnecessary crowd.

If there is no contribution, then there is no need in the meeting.

Musk has put a lot of emphasis on this suggestion. He told the employees that if they cannot contribute, then get up and leave the meeting immediately. The boss may not like it, but it can be beneficial for those who remain mute spectators.

Do not follow the communication channel

Musk also told the employees not to follow the hierarchy if they wanted to do some important work. In his opinion, fast communicators make fast decisions. He told in the email that if the employee wants to say something, then it is better to communicate directly to someone else. This will benefit the company.
