Bollywood's senior actress Sasikala has passed away. She was 88 years old. Sasikala died on 4 April at 12 noon in Colaba, Mumbai. She played both the heroine and the villain of Bollywood in the 70s. Sasikala's full name was Sasikala Javalkar, who has worked in more than 100 films in Bollywood. He was born on 4 August in Solapur. He had seen many ups and downs in his life. However, his childhood was very peaceful. Sasikala had six sister-brothers and her father was a very big businessman.

Sasikala was fond of dancing and singing since childhood. After her father's business came to a standstill, she came to Mumbai in search of work. He met Nur Jahan from there. Sasikala's first film was Zeenat, produced by Noor Jahan's husband Shaukat Rizvi. He also worked in Teen Batti Char Rasta, Hamjoli, Sargam, Chori Chori, Neelkamal, Anupama.

Along with films, Sasikala also worked in TV. She was seen in the role of Fruti's grandmother in the famous serial Son Pari. In 2007, he was awarded the Padma Shri award by the Government of India.
