Team India: Got to see a big upheaval in the ICC rankings on Tuesday. Ranking comes once a week, the whole world waits for it. The teams keep an eye on the rankings, as well as the fans eagerly wait for it, but this time the rankings changed twice in a single day. Team India occupied the number one position in the ICC Test rankings, but a few minutes later the Australian team again became number one and Team India had to settle for number two. Due to this happening twice in a day, the fans also got confused as to what happened after all. But now the picture is clear and the Australian team is the number one Test team, while the Indian team is still at number two, but how did all this happen, let's try to understand.

Bad news for Indian cricket fans

The International Cricket Council (ICC) had declared Team India number-1 in Tests while releasing the latest rankings of the Test team at 1.30 pm today, but the ICC has now released the Test rankings once again at 4 pm. In this latest ranking, the Australian team has once again become number one with 3,668 points and a rating of 126. At the same time, Team India has come at number two with 3,690 points and a rating of 115.

ICC has made Team India the number one Test team

In fact, in the rankings released by the ICC last week, Australia was the number one Test team. But suddenly on Tuesday at around 1.30 pm it started appearing on the ICC site itself that Team India has become number one and Australia has reached number two. The rating of the Australian team was 126, which came down to 111. At the same time, Team India's rating remained 115. No one understood that there was no Test match in the meantime. Then how did such a big change happen? The Australian team was playing a three-Test series from South Africa, before which Australia won both the matches and the last match ended in a draw. In such a situation, how can the rating of a team come down from 126 to 111. Meanwhile, Indian fans jumped with joy that after T20, the Indian team has become number one in Tests. However, this happiness soon evaporated when the ICC rectified its mistake. At around four o'clock in the evening again the Australian team reached number one and the Indian team remained at number two. It is believed that all this happened due to some technical glitch.

Ranking changed for the third time in a single day

The International Cricket Council (ICC) continued the ranking of the Test team today (January 17) at 8 am, in this ranking also the Australian team was at number one, but at 1.30 pm, the ICC released the rankings again, giving Team India 3,690 points. And was told number one with a rating of 115. In this ranking, the Australian team came second with 3,231 points and a rating of 111, but now once again there has been a change in the ranking.

New Zealand team also suffered loss

The New Zealand team has also suffered losses in the ICC's latest Test team rankings. New Zealand's team has now moved to fifth place instead of fourth place. At the same time, the team of South Africa has now come at number four with 5,017 points and a rating of 107. Pakistan's team is at number six in this ranking because of losing consecutive series.
