Livingstone will join the team late!

After the match against Rajasthan Royals in Guwahati on Wednesday, a team official of Punjab Kings told that Liam Livingstone will be able to join the team by next week. At the same time, according to the report of Cricbuzz, the England and Wales Cricket Board (ECB) and the Lancashire County Cricket Club (LCCC) have come to know that it may take more than a week for Livingstone to join the team. He will be able to join the Punjab squad only by mid-April. In the Cricbuzz report, quoting the official of the ECB, it was written that he can reach India by mid-April. He is recovering well but is yet to be 100 per cent fit. He is working hard on his fitness along with his Lancashire teammates. His rehab is currently continuing at Old Trafford in Manchester. He can reach India by 15 April.

Liam Livingstone is not present with the team at the moment but he is constantly encouraging the team on social media. His team Punjab Kings have won both their opening matches and are second in the points table behind Gujarat Titans with 4 points. Talking about Livingstone, Sikandar Raza is handling his place in the team. Raza's bat is yet to go but he has definitely made an impact in bowling. Liam has played a total of 23 matches in IPL, in which he has 549 runs and 6 wickets in his name. The special thing is his strike rate of more than 166 in IPL.
