IND vs USA: India defeated America by 7 wickets in the 25th match of the T20 World Cup. With this victory, Team India has entered the Super-8 of the World Cup. On Wednesday, the Indian team won the toss and decided to bowl at the Nassau County Cricket Stadium. America scored 110 runs for 8 wickets in 20 overs. In response, the Indian team achieved the target for 3 wickets in 18.2 overs. Suryakumar Yadav scored an unbeaten 50 off 49 balls, while Shivam Dubey played an unbeaten innings of 31 runs off 35 balls. There was a partnership of 67 runs in 65 balls for the fourth wicket between the two.

Rishabh Pant was out after scoring 18 runs. Captain Rohit Sharma scored 3 runs, while Virat Kohli could not open the account. Saurabh Netravalkar got 2 wickets, Ali Khan took one wicket.

America gave a target of 111 runs

America batted first and set a target of 111 runs for India to win. Indian captain Rohit Sharma won the toss and decided to bowl first and fast bowler Arshdeep Singh bowled brilliantly which put pressure on the American batsmen. The American team could score only 110 runs for eight wickets in 20 overs. Arshdeep took four wickets for India, while Hardik Pandya got two wickets and Axar Patel got one wicket.

America did not have a good start while batting first and the team lost two wickets in the very first over. The team came under pressure and could score only 18 runs in the powerplay. However, Steven Taylor and Nitish Kumar batted well which helped the team score cross 100. For America, Nitish Kumar scored the highest 27 runs with the help of two fours and a six in 23 balls and Taylor scored 24 runs with the help of two sixes in 30 balls.

India got 5 penalty runs, Jasdeep came to bowl late

The Indian team was given 5 penalty runs. Actually, Jasdeep Singh came to bowl late after Corey Anderson's over. According to the rules, after bowling one over, the other bowler has to start the second over within 60 seconds.
