Rohit-Jaiswal set a new record for the highest opening partnership for India against the West Indies. Earlier this record was in the name of Sanjay Bangar and Virender Sehwag. Both had an opening partnership of 201 runs at the Wankhede Ground in Mumbai in 2002.
