Died before reaching the hospital

Shefali was rushed to the hospital by her husband and three others. The hospital reception staff confirmed that when Shefali was brought, she had died. Although she was later taken to Cooper Hospital, doctors there also confirmed the same. Senior journalist Vicky Lalwani confirmed this sad news on Instagram. The hospital's RMO and doctor Vijay Lulla refused to comment on the incident, but doctor Sushant confirmed Shefali's death.
