JUICE Mission: Continuous efforts are being made for the possibilities of life on other planets and satellites of the solar system outside our earth. Along with Mars and Earth's moon, now on the moons of Jupiter, continuous tests and preparations are being done for the search of life. In this episode, the European Space Agency is going to launch the 'Juice' mission today. 'Juice' stands for 'Jupiter Icy Moons Explorer'.

Jupiter, the largest planet in our solar system, has three moons. To search for life on these three moons, the European Space Agency ie ESA will launch the 'Juice' ie Jupiter Ice Moons Explorer' mission on Thursday. European Space Agency 'ESA' Ariane Space and Airbus together will send it into space via Ariane-5 rocket from Kourou Sport Port in French Guiana. This project will cost a lot. According to the information, the cost of this entire project has been told as Rs 14270 crore. It will be launched on April 13 at around 5.45 pm Indian time. The Juice spacecraft will enter Jupiter's orbit in July 2031.

NASA's rocket will reach before 'Juice'

According to scientists, the orbiter weighing 5963 kg will travel for about eight years. However, NASA's Europa Clipper spacecraft will reach before Juice. It will be orbiting Jupiter in April 2030. Because NASA's vehicle is going through a shortcut i.e. through a short route. NASA's spacecraft will reach Jupiter after circling Earth and Mars. While 'Juice' will reach the orbit of Jupiter after circling the planet Earth and Venus.

JUICE's task will be to investigate the icy moons of Jupiter ie Ganymede, Europa and Callisto. Will investigate the icy sea deposited here. Will find life in them. Will make 21 flybys around Callisto. Will revolve around Ganymede 12 times. Will go around Europa twice.
