This is the property of Sagar Resham Co-operative Housing Society on Bandstand, Bandra, which is under construction.

According to the registered papers, Jagjit Sundarsinh Bhavnani has signed these documents. The total value given is Rs 118.94 crore where stamp duty has been paid for registration of Rs 7.13 crore. The carpet area is 11,266 square feet with a terrace of 1300 square feet. Along with this, the owner will get the facility to park 19 cars. Excluding the terrace area, the cost of square feet is Rs 1.05 lakh. No comment could be found from Jagjit Singh Bhavnani in this matter.
