Akhilesh Yadav Statement: Samajwadi Party chief Akhilesh Yadav has given a big statement regarding BJP. He had arrived in Lucknow to attend the ongoing Maa Pitambara 108 Mahayagya at the Pitambara temple on the banks of the Gomti river. During this there was a lot of sloganeering. On this, he said that he had come here to participate in the Yagya, but the BJP is having a stomach ache. The people who had invited me here in the program are getting threats from BJP and RSS. There is no contractor of religion. BJP sent goons here so that I could not attend the programme.

SP chief Akhilesh Yadav said that the people of BJP consider our party inferior. The BJP has a problem as to why we are going to seek blessings from saints and mahatmas. According to media reports, Akhilesh Yadav had come to attend Maa Pitambara 108 Mahayagya. During this Akhilesh Yadav was protested by Hindu Mahasabha, Akhil Bharatiya Vidyarthi Parishad as well as activists of Hindu organizations and raised slogans. Also showed black flags.

On this, former UP CM Akhilesh said that BJP had sent goons here, they attacked us. Akhilesh alleged that for this the administration had already removed the police and PAC from here. He warned that the BJP people should remember that a similar arrangement would be made for them too.

Akhilesh Yadav also wrote on his Twitter that 'even today some people do not want to give the right of 'temple-entry' to everyone. The truth is that whoever stops someone from going to the temple is unrighteous because he is becoming an obstacle in the path of religion.'
