IPL 2024: Lucknow Super Giants' star fast bowler Mayank Yadav was injured in the match against Gujarat Titans. Now he will remain under the observation of doctors for the next one week. LSG CEO Vinod Bisht said that he will manage Mayank's workload for the next one week. In such a situation, Mayank will be out of the next two matches of Lucknow Super Giants. Now a star player can be entered in his place in the playing eleven of Lucknow.

Mayank Yadav will be out of the next two matches

Mayank came out to bowl in the fourth over of the innings in the match against Gujarat Titans. But then he went out of the field with the physio. He bowled one over in the entire match, giving away 13 runs. He is injured. Lucknow Super Giants have to play matches against Delhi Capitals on 12th April and against Kolkata Knight Riders on 14th April. In both these matches, Yudhveer Singh Charak may get a chance in place of Mayank. He has played for Lucknow team before also.

Made debut for Lucknow team last season

Lucknow Super Giants team had bought Yudhveer Singh Charak for Rs 20 lakh. He made his IPL debut for Lucknow in IPL 2023. Then he took three wickets in his name while playing three matches. Earlier he was a part of Mumbai Indians team. But then he did not play a single match.

So many wickets taken in domestic cricket

Yudhveer Singh has played for Hyderabad and Jammu Kashmir in domestic cricket. He has taken 3 wickets in 4 first class matches so far. Apart from this, he has 15 wickets in his name in 12 List-A matches. Yudhveer has also played 24 T20 matches, in which he has taken 17 wickets.
