Bihar Politics: Once again there is a stir in the politics of Bihar. The reason is floor test. After joining NDA, Nitish Kumar has formed the government with BJP. After taking oath as Chief Minister for the 9th time, Nitish Kumar will seek trust vote in the Bihar Assembly on Monday. At the same time, RJD is claiming that Nitish started the game, but we will end it. However, till now Nitish Kumar has the upper hand. Now today we will know in the floor test whether we will get majority or not.

MLA will reach assembly from Tejashwi's house

Nitish led NDA government claims that they have majority numbers, but Nitish Kumar's troubles have increased due to the disappearance of some JDU MLAs. At the same time, Tejashwi Yadav has made preparations to topple the Nitish government. Tejashwi has kept all the MLAs of the Grand Alliance in his house. Today all these MLAs will go to the assembly from Tejashwi's house. At the same time, BJP has kept its MLAs in Hotel Patliputra Exotica in Patna, while JDU MLAs are staying in Chanakya Hotel. Today, before the floor test, the no-confidence motion against the Speaker of Bihar Assembly is also to be discussed. The voting taking place during this period will make the picture of the government clear to a great extent.

2-3 MLAs remained absent in the meeting

JDU expressed confidence on Sunday that Nitish Kumar, who will form the new government with BJP, will win the trust vote on Monday. State Parliamentary Affairs Minister Vijay Kumar Chaudhary did not pay much attention to the absence of two or three MLAs in the JDU legislature party meeting and attributed it to unavoidable circumstances, about which they (MLAs) had given prior information. Chaudhary emphasized that all the party MLAs will be present in the assembly during the majority test. Choudhary said, "We have a total of 128 MLAs in the NDA. We are in majority position in the 243-member Assembly. All our MLAs will be present inside the House, where a no-confidence motion will be taken against the Speaker before the trust vote."

Which MLAs were not seen in the meeting

JDU sources, on the condition of anonymity, said that the three MLAs who were not seen in the meeting include Sudarshan Kumar Singh, Bima Bharti and Dilip Roy. JDU has a total of 45 MLAs. Chaudhary said, "As per the schedule prepared for tomorrow's proceedings, the House will first consider the no-confidence motion against the Assembly Speaker. As required under the rules, 38 MLAs will stand on their seats to support the motion, After which the Speaker will have to hand over the conduct of the proceedings to the Vice President until a new Speaker is elected." Assembly Deputy Speaker Maheshwar Hazari is from JDU, while Speaker Avadh Bihari Chaudhary is from RJD.
