Recently, several media reports claimed that Hrithik Roshan did not want to shoot it in Uttar Pradesh. Due to which a major part of the film was shot in Dubai. The budget of the film also increased due to shooting in Dubai. Hrithik Roshan was told behind this. Now the makers of 'Vikram Medha' have given a clarification on this whole matter by issuing a statement. The statement said that 'Vikram Vedha' has also been shot in India. A part of it was shot in Dubai, looking at the bio bubble structure.

A statement has been shared from the official social media page of Reliance Entertainment regarding the rumors spread about 'Vikram Vedha'. In which it is written, 'We are seeing a lot of wrong and completely baseless news regarding the shooting locations of Vikram Vedha. We would like to make it very clear that Vikram Vedha has been shot extensively in India, including Lucknow. A portion of the film was shot in the UAE in October-November 2021 as it was the only location that had bio-bubble infrastructure. We decided to do so because of health and protocol concerns. It is very wrong and false to present these facts in a distorted way.

Apart from Hrithik Roshan and Saif Ali Khan, the film also stars Radhika Apte, Rohit Saraf, Yogita Bihani, Sharib Hashmi and Satyadeep Mishra in pivotal roles. Based on 'Vikram Aur Betaal', 'Vikram Vedha' is an action crime thriller that tells the story of a tough police officer. The police officer sets out to locate and apprehend a dangerous gangster. 'Vikram Vedha' is directed by Pushkar and Gayatri. It is produced by S Shashikant and Bhushan Kumar. The film will release in cinemas on 30 September 2022.
