Madhya Pradesh Elections: Bharatiya Janata Party has released the fifth list of candidates for Madhya Pradesh Assembly elections on Saturday. The names of a total of 92 candidates are included in this list. With this, names of a total of 228 candidates have been announced so far. In the list, ticket has been given to Devendra Jain from Yashodhara Raje Scindia's seat Shivpuri. Devendra Jain is counted among the big leaders of the party in Madhya Pradesh.

Yashodhara Raje had already refused to contest the assembly elections. BJP has not fielded any Union Minister in the list this time. According to sources, there was doubt on two seats in the BJP Central Election Committee meeting held on Saturday, hence candidates have been announced for 92 seats.

Five ministers of Shivraj government have also been given tickets in the fifth list. The names of Mahendra Singh Sisodia, Inder Singh Parmar, Usha Thakur, Brajendra Singh Yadav, Suresh Dhakad are included in these ministers. In Madhya Pradesh, Mahendra Singh Sisodia is counted among the supporters of Union Minister Jyotiraditya Scindia. Mahendra Singh also left Congress and joined BJP.


At the same time, the ticket of Kailash Vijayvargiya's son Akash, the current MLA from Indore-3 seat, has been canceled. BJP has fielded Rakesh Golu Shukla from this seat. Leaving aside Yashodhara Raje Scindia, the names of two ministers of Shivraj government, OPS Bhadauria and Gaurishankar Bisen, are not included in the list. In place of Bisen, his daughter Mausam Bisen has been given the ticket. A total of 12 women have been made candidates in this list released by BJP.

Bharatiya Janata Party has also released its second list today for Rajasthan Assembly elections. The second list of BJP includes names of 83 leaders including former Chief Minister Vasundhara Raje. Raje has been fielded from Jhalrapatan. This time the party high command has changed the seat of Leader of Opposition Rajendra Rathore. This time he has been given ticket from Taranagar instead of Churu. Narpat Singh Rajvi, MLA from Vidyadhar Nagar seat of Jaipur, has now been given ticket from Chittorgarh.
