Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath, while inaugurating and laying the foundation stone of various public welfare projects in Rampur, launched a scathing attack on the opposition, while he accused them of spreading falsehoods regarding Ayodhya, driven by their inability to digest the city's magnificent transformation. Without explicitly naming the recent allegations regarding offerings at the Ram Temple, the Chief Minister stated that the opposition's irritation stems from the beauty and development of Ayodhya and the Kashi Vishwanath Dham. He remarked that since they can no longer obstruct the progress, they've resorted to lies and baseless statements. However, he emphasized that devotion to Lord Shri Ram is fully capable of dealing with such 'Kalnemis'—deceptive characters who attempt to mislead.

The Analogy of Kalnemi and Devotion

Drawing a parallel from the Ramayana, CM Yogi explained that devotion to Lord Ram instills immense strength, much like it did for Hanuman, while he recounted the episode where Hanuman was on his way to fetch the Laxman Booti to save Laxman's life. During this journey, a demon named Kalnemi tried to deceive and stop him, while the Chief Minister noted that just as Ram's devotion helped Hanuman identify and eliminate Kalnemi, it will similarly assist in dealing with modern-day deceptive elements who spread lies. He assured the public that there is no need for concern, as the truth and devotion will prevail over these tactics. He pointed out that those who once denied the existence of Lord Ram and Lord Krishna before 2017 are now eager to visit Ayodhya, acknowledging that Lord Ram, as the master of the universe, knows the difference between right and wrong.

Jealousy Over Cultural and Spiritual Resurgence

The Chief Minister further elaborated that the opposition is deeply troubled by the spiritual and cultural revival across Uttar Pradesh. He mentioned that their irritation isn't limited to Ayodhya but extends to the beauty of Kashi Vishwanath Dham and the grandeur of Prayagraj, which is attracting the world through the Mahakumbh. He also highlighted the development in Mathura and Vrindavan and the restoration of ancient sites by local MLAs as points of contention for the opposition. According to CM Yogi, the opposition's current statements are a reflection of 'sour grapes' because the public has already taught them a lesson. He emphasized that while the previous governments focused on appeasement, the current double-engine government believes in the satisfaction of the common people.

Transformation of Rampur and UP's Economy

Addressing the local context of Rampur, CM Yogi took a dig at the Samajwadi Party, stating that they used the famous Rampur knife to illegally occupy people's lands and terrorize them. He contrasted this with the current administration, where the same knife is now being used for the security of the citizens, while he also spoke about the broader economic transformation of the state. He stated that Uttar Pradesh, which was once considered a 'Bimaru' state due to the past mistakes of the Congress and Samajwadi Party, has now established itself as a growth engine for India's economy. He proudly mentioned that the state is now positioning itself among the Top 3 economies in the country, contributing Importantly to national development while ensuring that the youth find employment and contribute to the state's progress.
