This significant overhaul of the IRCTC website was made possible thanks to the suggestions provided by students from the Malaviya National Institute of Technology (MNIT). During a conversation with Railway Minister Ashwini Vaishnaw, these students shared valuable insights on how to eliminate the shortcomings of the existing website. The Ministry of Railways took these suggestions seriously, leading to the creation of this new user-friendly interface.
