The Maheshwari Samaj is set to provide affordable and high quality medical treatment to the general public through its latest mega project in Jaipur. On Saturday, Lok Sabha Speaker Om Birla officially laid the foundation stone for the Maheshwari Institute of Medical Sciences and Research Center. This ambitious medical institute is being established at Ganpatpura on Vande Mataram Road in the Mansarovar area of Jaipur. Under this project, a state of the art medical hospital with a capacity of 600 beds will be constructed to serve the healthcare needs of the region.
Project Scale and Construction Details
The project is being developed on a massive scale. According to Bajrang Lal Baheti, the Chairman of the project, the Bhumi Pujan ceremony was performed with the chanting of Vedic mantras to mark the auspicious beginning of the construction. The entire project will be spread across 22000 square yards of land, with a total construction area spanning 10 lakh square feet. The architectural plan includes a solid structure consisting of 3 basement floors and 11 floors above the ground. The estimated cost of this grand project is between 600 to 700 crore rupees, and it's scheduled to be completed within a timeframe of 3 years.
Phased Development and Advanced Facilities
The construction of the hospital will be carried out in phases. In the first phase, the focus will be on developing 5 lakh square feet of the facility, which will include 300 beds. This phase will also see the establishment of 13 advanced operation theaters, 2 world class cath labs, and a comprehensive advanced diagnostic center. The hospital aims to provide super specialty healthcare facilities, ensuring that patients have access to the best medical technology and expertise. In addition to the medical facilities, the project also includes the construction of a magnificent temple dedicated to Lord Mahesh, which will be built on 2000 square yards within the premises.
