Tata Tigor EV Facelift
Following the Tiago EV, Tata Motors is expected to update the Tigor EV sedan. As part of the facelift, the sedan is likely to receive headlights similar to the Tiago EV, an updated front bumper, a closed grille, and redesigned tail lamps connected by a reflector bar. It's also anticipated that the Tigor EV will work with the same battery pack options found in the Tiago EV facelift, ensuring consistency across its entry-level electric offerings. This update is aimed at keeping the sedan fresh and competitive in the evolving market.
Tata Sierra EV
One of the most anticipated upcoming products from Tata is the Sierra EV. This electric SUV has been spotted undergoing testing multiple times. In terms of design, the Sierra EV will largely retain the styling of the ICE variant but will feature several changes such as a closed grille, aerodynamic alloy wheels with aero inserts, exclusive color options for the electric version, and a luxurious interior theme. This electric SUV is expected to feature a triple screen setup, automatic climate control, electrically adjustable seats, adjustable under-thigh support, memory seats, a panoramic sunroof, ventilated seats for both front and rear passengers, Level 2 ADAS, and many other premium features. The Sierra EV is expected to use 65 kWh and 75 kWh battery packs similar to the Tata Harrier EV, and its price is likely to be lower than Tata's current flagship EV. The Sierra EV is expected to be available in both RWD and AWD setups at the time of launch.
Tata Safari EV
Tata is also preparing to launch the electric version of the Safari SUV. According to media reports, the Safari EV is expected to be launched around the festive season this year, while the Safari EV is likely to remain similar in appearance to the ICE-powered Safari but will feature EV-specific design elements such as a closed grille, aerodynamic wheels, and revised LED tail lamps. This will be Tata's first three-row electric SUV and is also expected to serve as the brand's new flagship EV. This SUV is likely to be available with 65 kilowatt-hour and 75 kilowatt-hour battery pack options. Similar to the Harrier EV, the larger battery pack is expected to provide a range of approximately 622-627 km, while the smaller battery pack could offer a range of about 538 km. High variants may also get an all-wheel drive setup.
Tata Avinya X
Tata is preparing to enter the premium electric car segment with the Avinya range. These upcoming premium electric vehicles will be sold through a separate retail network. Tata also showcased a near-production-ready model during the Bharat Mobility Expo 2025. The Tata Avinya X is expected to be a premium crossover, which will be available in 5, 6, and 7-seater options. Its length is likely to be around five meters and it will have Notably more features compared to Tata's existing models, marking a new era for the company in the high-end EV market.
