At the age of 16, he formed the Kohinoor gang and wrote on Facebook that contact for settlement of any dispute. There was a time when his followers on social media were continuously increasing. This gave him strength and he started doing petty crimes in the city. Rare had written a notorious crook and well-known criminal on his Facebook profile. Rare's gang worked like a corporate company.
