He has been promoted and appointed as the Director General (DG) of Fire and Emergency Services at the Lucknow headquarters. Taking his place, Praveen Kumar has been appointed as the new ADG of the Lucknow Zone. Praveen Kumar previously served as the IG/ADG of the Ayodhya Range and is recognized for his extensive experience in managing sensitive administrative zones.

Similarly, Abhinandan, formerly the SP of Basti, has been promoted and posted as the SSP of Saharanpur.

Other district-level appointments include Yashveer Singh as SP Basti, Kunwar Anupam Singh as SP Jaunpur, and Aparna Rajat Kaushik as SP Mirzapur, while dr. Khyati Garg has been assigned the responsibility of SP Kheri, while Charu Nigam will serve as the new SP of Sultanpur. Also, Ravi Kumar has been posted as SP Raebareli, Sukirti Madhav as SP Pilibhit, and Sarvanan T as SP Amethi, while these appointments are strategically aimed at improving localized law enforcement and public safety.

The police commissionerates in major cities have also seen significant personnel changes. Alok Priyadarshi has been moved from the Ghaziabad Commissionerate to serve as the Additional Commissioner of Police in Varanasi, while raj Karan Nayyar has been transferred from Gorakhpur to take over as the Additional Commissioner of Police in Ghaziabad. In Kanpur, Sankalp Sharma and Vipin Tada have been appointed as Joint Commissioners of Police to bolster the city's security framework.

In specialized units, Abhishek Yadav has been moved from Pilibhit to serve as DIG ATS Lucknow, while Ashish Tiwari has been appointed as DIG Technical Services in Lucknow, while a notable promotion includes Anukriti Sharma, a 2020 batch officer, who has been elevated from Additional SP Sambhal to Additional Commissioner of Police (ADCP) in the Gautam Buddha Nagar (Noida) Commissionerate. These shifts are designed to place specialized talent in roles requiring technical and investigative expertise.
