Delhi: After the defeat of Aam Aadmi Party in Sangrur seat of Punjab, the condition is that the party has government in two states but not a single Lok Sabha MP. Earlier, Bhagwant Mann was the only Lok Sabha MP from the Aam Aadmi Party who had resigned from his seat. He is the Chief Minister of Punjab. Simranjit Singh Mann of Shiromani Akali Dal has won the by-election in Sangrur seat. Now AAP has 8 MPs in Rajya Sabha but in Lok Sabha this number is zero.

While there is no one to represent the Aam Aadmi Party in the Lok Sabha, the party has eight MPs in the Upper House. In July, this number will increase to 10. Recently Raghav Chadha, Ashok Mittal, Sanjeev Arora from Aam Aadmi Party. Harbhajan Singh and Sandeep Pathak have reached the Rajya Sabha. Already Sanjay Singh, ND Gupta and Sushil Gupta were in the Rajya Sabha.
