Uttar Pradesh | Film actress Sonakshi Sinha has got relief from the court in the cheating case. The High Court has given a stay in the bailable warrant issued to the actress. On the orders of the Magistrate Court in Moradabad, the High Court has given relief for the time being. However, bailable warrants will continue against other accused, event manager Abhishek etc. in the case. The matter will be heard in the High Court in the last week of July.

The actress was supposed to attend the proposed event show in Delhi four years ago, but due to her non-attendance, event organizer Pramod Sharma, a resident of Katghar, Moradabad, suffered financial loss. On the Tahrir of Pramod Sharma, the case against five including the actress was settled in the courtroom on 22 February 2019. After the Corona period, the hearing of the case started in the court of ACJM-4 Smita Goswami.

Due to the plea on behalf of the plaintiff, the court issued bailable warrants in view of the non-appearance on the previous date. There was an uproar in Mumbai over the warrant. The actress also expressed her displeasure through social media. Meanwhile, against this order, a petition was filed on behalf of the actress in the High Court on behalf of defense advocates Adarsh ​​Bhushan and Sushant.

Moradabad's advocate Anurag Bhatnagar says that after the order of the Magistrate Court, the petition was filed on behalf of the actress in the Allahabad High Court, in which the court stayed the warrant issued. The actress got relief in the matter till the end of July. The hearing of the case will now take place in the last week of July due to the listing.

PK Goswami, advocate for the plaintiff, says that the accused has got temporary relief from the High Court. However, the warrants against Abhishek etc. will continue, while in this case the hearing of the case here has been fixed on August 5.
