According to information provided by Israeli officials, Benjamin Netanyahu today met Indian National Security Advisor Ajit Doval and informed him about the recent developments in the fighting in the Gaza Strip. The two sides also discussed the release of hostages and humanitarian assistance efforts. The meeting was also attended by the Director of the National Security Council, the Foreign Policy Advisor to the Prime Minister and the Indian Ambassador to Israel.

Israel will start military operation in Rafah

On the other hand, news has come that Israeli PM Netanyahu has reiterated his stance on Sunday to launch a military operation in the southern Gaza city of Rafah. The Israeli PM says that he wants to ensure that an attack like October 7 does not happen again on Israel. According to CNN, Netanyahu said that we will go there. We are not going anywhere.
