Allahabad High Court has said an important decision that if the husband is a minor then he can not live with the Analog Wife. Court said his order that the minor husband would be a crime under the Poxo Act to hand over his child. So till the husband becomes accepted, he will remain in the shelter.The court has given this decision on the plea of the boy's mother. The mother had asked her coupled by filing a petition in the court. But the boy does not want to stay with his mother. She wants to stay with her wife. The boy's age is 16 years at this time and it will be 18 years old on February 4022.Looking at this petition, the court has made the marriage of both 'zero' i.e. 'canceled'. Court said that "minor husband can not be entrusted to the Analog Wife. If this is done then it will be a crime under the Poxo Act."The Bench of Justice JJ Munir said, "Because the boy does not want to stay with the mother. So he should be kept in the shelter place until he was adorned by 4th February 2022. After the child has anybody with anyone. Can also live. But by then it should be kept in the sheltered site. "
