USA: Amazon, the world's most popular website, has been accused of exploiting its employees over the past several years. Now after reacting to the tweet of a US leader, the Amazon company is again in controversy. The man, Mark Pokan, wrote in a tweet that giving $ 15 an hour to your employees does not make you a progressive work place, especially when your employees have to pee in bottles due to workload.

Reacting to this tweet, Amazon wrote that you don't believe in urinating in bottles, do you? Because if that were the case then no one would be working for us. The truth is that we have more than one million wonderful employees who are very proud of our work and these people start getting not only good salary but also excellent health care from day one.

After this tweet from Amazon, there are many reactions on social media and many journalists and activists are showing mirror about this tweet of Amazon by giving evidence about this company. One person tweeted and wrote- As a labor reporter I have covered Amazon quite well and I can say with claim that the work load of Amazon is such that the drivers have to struggle a lot to urinate.

In addition, in an interaction with motherboard, an delivery worker from Amazon had said that he had to deliver 300 packages in his 10-hour shift and if they put in more time, the risk of going to their jobs increases significantly. This driver further said that our schedule is very tight, due to which the delivery drivers of Amazon have to urinate in bottles. Finding a bathroom or toilet is not an option for us at times.

This driver further said that we have to deliver these packages before night and finding a toilet means that it may take up to 10-20 minutes. So we lighten up by using bottles for our convenience. This person had further said that a lot of Amazon drivers do this. However we also take full care of hygiene and after getting light we clean our hands with sanitizer.
