Bollywood | The Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) in its report said that Shah Rukh Khan's son Aryan Khan appears to have a suspicious attitude in the drugs case. The investigating agency has raised questions on its own officials and said that many irregularities have been found in it. Of these, 7 to 8 officers were alleged that their behavior during the investigation was suspicious. This special internal report of NCB has now recommended action against the investigating officers.

Report sent to Delhi Headquarters

This disclosure in the report has raised questions on the agency for the second time. Earlier Aryan Khan was arrested and spent about 1 month in jail. Aryan Khan was cleared of all charges after 8 months of the case and NCB admitted that there was not enough evidence against him. On Tuesday, NCB officials said that the SIT constituted to investigate the allegations of irregularities committed by its officers in the Aryan Khan case has sent its report to the Delhi headquarters.

Statements of 65 people were recorded

The source said, “Investigation found that there were many lapses in the case. Questions have also been raised on the intention of the officers involved in the investigation.

Statements of 65 people were recorded during the investigation. Some people changed their statements 3-4 times. In some other cases, lapses have come to the fore in the investigation, the source said. Reports have been sent in respect of all these cases.

departmental inquiry begins

“The role of 7 to 8 NCB officers has been found suspicious in this case, for which a departmental inquiry has been started,” an official said. Permission has been sought from senior officers to take action against people outside NCB.
