West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee said during a rally in Kolkata today that she would not attend the inauguration of Netaji's statue in Delhi today as the invitation given was "not appropriate". Mamta said that she received a letter from a bureaucrat yesterday in which she informed about this evening's program.
