UP News: Lavlesh Tiwari, Sunny Singh and Arun Maurya, accused in the murder of mafia don Atiq Ahmed and his brother Ashraf, will be produced in the court of Chief Judicial Magistrate (CJM) today. The SIT team formed to investigate the murder of Atiq and Ashraf has demanded to summon these three accused of the murder of Atiq-Ashraf by giving an application in the court of the Chief Judicial Magistrate.

Muscle amid tight security

The Chief Judicial Magistrate (CJM) has ordered the police to produce the accused on Wednesday amid tight security. Meanwhile, on Tuesday late evening, the police officers also reviewed the security arrangements of the court premises. All the three accused are currently lodged in Pratapgarh jail.

Jawans will be stationed everywhere

These three accused were earlier lodged in Naini Jail but due to the fear of Atiq's henchmen, they were transferred to Pratapgarh Jail on Monday. Today these three will be brought to court from Pratapgarh jail for production. During this, strict security arrangements have been made at every step. RAF and PAC personnel will be deployed.

Atiq-Ashraf was killed on 15 April

Please tell that on Saturday (April 15) Atiq Ahmed and Ashraf were shot dead in Prayagraj. Both were brought to Kelvin Hospital for medical late night. After getting down from the police jeep, both were talking to the media persons. Meanwhile, the three assailants opened fire and killed Atiq Ahmed and Ashraf.
