Ayan wrote, 'Hello everyone, the biggest moment of our Brahmastra journey last day was launching the trailer of the film. Thank you all for the great response and message the trailer is getting. This is all for me. Today I have got a lot of energy as we are on the last stage of the release of the film.

It took many years to make the film

Let us tell you that during an interview before the release of the trailer, Ayan had said that while making this film, I thought that I should not die. People used to ask me why it is taking so long to make a film. So some would say that you should make another love story film. But I know that if this film settles in the hearts of the audience, then my hard work will be completed.

Was angry with Ranbir

At the same time, Ayan recently said that he got angry with Ranbir because of the delay of the film. He said that in the year 2014, Ayan started the pre-production of Brahmastra. But Ranbir had to prepare for the film Sanju which was released in the year 2018. At that time both of us had to prepare for the film, but then I got angry when Ranbir chose Sanju.

Ayan, however, went on to add that later he understood that Ranbir had taken the right decision as Sanju's shooting, editing was all completed and the film was ready for release. At the same time, the pre production work of Brahmastra was going on till then.
