According to the news published in our associate website DNA, in conversation with Koimoi, Munmun Dutta's lawyer Rajat Kalsan revealed that Babita ji's anticipatory bail petition has been rejected by a special court constituted under SC/ST Act in Hisar. Judge Ajay Teotia rejected his bail, so the chances of his arrest are high.

Complaint was lodged in so many places

Let us inform that in this case, Munmun's complaint was not only in Hisar but also in other states including Uttar Pradesh, Maharashtra, Delhi, Rajasthan and Madhya Pradesh. Action was taken on all these complaints against the controversial video. Earlier, the actress had earlier presented a petition in the Supreme Court to investigate her case in Hisar. However, the Supreme Court turned it down.

Petition dismissed in High Court also

After this she went to the High Court and requested to stop her arrest, but nothing happened in her favor. Thereafter, Munmun's lawyer transferred the case to a special court under the SC/ST Act of Hisar. On January 25, Munmun Dutta's petition was dismissed.

He said, 'This is about a video that I posted yesterday in which a word used by me has been misinterpreted. It was never said with the intention of insulting, intimidating, humiliating or hurting anyone's feelings. Due to my language barrier, I was actually misinformed about the meaning of the word. Once I was made aware of its meaning, I immediately withdrew my words. I have utmost respect for every person of every caste, creed or gender and acknowledge their immense contribution to our society or nation. I want to sincerely apologize to every person who was unintentionally hurt by the use of this word and I am deeply sorry for that.
