Bollywood / Bhumi shares unseen pics from 'Sonchiriya' sets; pens note for Sushant

Mumbai: Bollywood lost a gem when actor Sushant Singh Rajput passed away. On this very day, two years back, Sushant’s film Sonchiriya released in theatres. The movie released in theatres on March 1, 2019. Today, Sushant Singh Rajput’s co-star Bhumi Pednekar remembered memories from the shooting set of the film. Bhumi remembered SSR as the film Sonchiriya clocked two years since its release. And, she shared some iconic throwback photos with the late actor. Sushant looked happy as he smiled for pictures.

Taking to her Instagram stories, Bhumi Pednekar shared a picture of her sitting on a boat with SSR and wrote, “We miss you SSR #Lakhna” Sushant is seen making a pout face while posing for the photo. The other picture sees Bhumi and Sushant posing for another photo, while on the boat. In the picture, SSR has held a young girl and they flash cute smiles. The next photo sees Bhumi and Sushant posing with umbrellas.

Another rare photo sees Sushant cutely making a crooked face for a picture with a young girl. He looks happy. The next picture features SSR posing for a group picture with the team, while another one has him celebrating a girl’s birthday on the sets. Bhumi also shared videos of the late actor, being all goofy during their return. In the video, Sushant and some members of the crew strike some sassy and fun poses as they head to the entrance of an aircraft. One video sees Sushant’s adorable reactions as Bhumi is busy having a conversation.

Sonchiriya was directed by Abhishek Chaubey. It featured Sushant Singh Rajput, Manoj Bajpayee, Bhumi Pednekar, Ranvir Shorey and Ashutosh Rana in key roles.
