Uttar Pradesh News: The court on Tuesday sentenced the culprits in the gangster case related to the famous Bikaru incident of Kanpur. The Gangster Court of Kanpur Dehat has punished the members associated with the notorious Vikas Dubey's gang. The court has sentenced 23 culprits to 10 years imprisonment each in the Bikaru case. A fine of Rs 50-50 thousand has also been imposed on all the culprits. The Gangster Court has also acquitted seven accused in this case.

The police had taken gangster action against 30 accused in this case.

In the case of murder of eight police personnel including the CO, the police had registered a case of gangsterism against 30 accused and sent the charge sheet against them to the court. The hearing of this case was going on in the court of ADJ-5 Durgesh. On Tuesday afternoon, the court convicted 23 accused in the case, while acquitted seven accused. When the court gave its verdict on the point of punishment, all the 23 accused were sentenced to 10 years imprisonment along with a fine of Rs 50,000 each.

The court has arrested Hiru Dubey alias Dharmendra, Shyamu Bajpai, Jahan Singh Yadav, Dayashankar Agnihotri alias Kallu, Bablu Muslim alias Islam Baig, Ramu Bajpai, Shashikant Pandey alias Sonu, Shiv Tiwari alias Ashutosh, Vishnupal alias Zilladar, Shivam Dubey alias Ajit alias BDC, Ram Singh. Yadav, Govind Saini, Umakant alias Guddan alias Bauvan Shukla, Jaikant Bajpai alias Jai, Shivam Dubey alias Dalal, Dhirendra Kumar Dhiru alias Dheeraj Dwivedi, Manish alias Biru, Veer Singh alias Nanhun Yadav, Rahul Pal, Akhilesh Dixit alias Shyam ji, Chhotu Shukla. alias Akhilesh, Suresh Verma and Gopal Saini have been found guilty in the Bikaru case.
