Uttar Pradesh News: BJP leader and block chief candidate Anuj Singh was shot dead on Thursday evening in Moradabad district of Uttar Pradesh. Three bike-borne assailants carried out the murder. The attackers fled after shooting. In a hurry, the BJP leader was admitted to the hospital by the family members, where the doctors declared him brought dead. After getting information about the incident, SSP Hemraj Meena and CO City Akhilesh Bhadoria himself reached the hospital. The SSP inquired about the incident from the family members of Anuj Singh.

Please tell that Anuj Singh Chaudhary, a resident of Alia Nagpur, a resident of Echoda Kamboh in Sambhal district, was living in Parshwanath Pratibha Apartment in Moradabad. Today at around 6:00 pm, he was taking an evening walk near the house with his younger brother Puneet Singh. At the same time, three bike-borne assailants reached there and opened fire on Anuj Singh. The attackers fled after firing.

In a hurry, younger brother Puneet Singh and other family members took the injured Anuj to a private hospital in New Moradabad, where the doctor declared him brought dead. The family alleges that after contesting the block chief's election, Anuj was having enmity with some people. Although he had lost the election at that time, but now he had started preparing to bring a no-confidence motion against the current block chief, after which the incident was carried out by the attackers.

At the same time, there was a stir in the police department after BJP leader Anuj Singh was shot dead in the posh colony of Majhaula police station area. On information, the force of several police stations including SSP Hemraj Meena reached the spot. The SSP has formed teams to nab the attackers. The SSP said that police teams are on the lookout for the miscreants. Soon the attackers will be caught.

Anuj Singh supporters gathered outside the hospital. In view of the fury of the supporters, a large number of police forces have been deployed.

SSP told that Anuj Singh was a resident of neighboring district Sambhal. Recently he also contested the election of the block head, but was defeated. The relatives told that he was preparing to bring a no-confidence motion. The relatives have accused some people associated with the Asmoli block chief of murder, on the basis of which they have filed a complaint naming two people including Aniket Chowdhary.
